Even as you are pushing through to bring closure to the things of the past, your spiritual landscape is changing. Stay with Me, says the Lord. Don’t get stuck in your desire to put your feet up and take a break. To do so would keep you from maintaining the spiritual flow. Refuse to entertain the idea that you are a victim of life’s demands; just keep moving. I have equipped you to accomplish all that is before you. I have great things in store for you, but there are times when you have to let go of what you thought was good in order to receive something better. You cannot live in your yesterdays and get the most of out the current flow of My Spirit. Now is the time when you must give up the ideals, assumptions and fantasies that do not exemplify spiritual reality for you now. Be willing to release everything you have held dear in order to receive My highest and best, says the Lord. Do not be afraid. Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you?
