Come into My rest and be still. In returning and rest you shall be renewed, and in quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Come apart to Me to be restored and built up again, for the chaos around you has taken a toll, and now is a time when you must come up into the realm of the Spirit and be refreshed in My presence. Do not delay or put off what is necessary for your regeneration. I will build you up and heal that which has been ripped and torn, but you must come into that place of intimacy with Me. Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
