Cooperate with the work that I am doing in you to bring you into a spiritual place of greater unity with Me, says the Lord.  Make a covenant with your mouth to only speak the truth of My Word in faith.  Refuse the temptation to speak from a heart of unbelief or despair.  Do not allow bitterness to defile yourself and others, but rather rise up in hope.   And, trust that regardless of how bleak your circumstances seem at any given moment they will work together for your ultimate good.  Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
