Be still, watch, and discern.  If you will quiet your thoughts and silence your feelings, you will have the ability to recognize and identify your spiritual atmosphere apart from your soul and be able to move through difficulties with ease.  When you allow fear and anxiety to rule, the outcome is always chaos.  But, when you put your trust in Me, peace is established, says the Lord.  Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
