Be calm and stay steady in these turbulent times. Refuse to allow your emotions to take over and throw you into a tail spin. Remember that this is a time of ups and downs, a season of extremes. But, you can find stability in the midst of the tumult if you will exercise your faith and put your trust in Me, says the Lord. Hear Me and believe when I tell you that I will bring you through this time of transition in strength and power. Do not be afraid!
