Don’t allow yourself to get worn down by the tactics of the enemy to wear you out.  Stay focused on things of spiritual value, and keep your emotions in check.  You can overcome by resisting this attack.  Be energized by knowing that you have the victory and that no weapon formed against you will prosper, says the Lord.  Be strong.  Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
