Inspiration Station

The past is the past, and you can do nothing to change what has already happened. Regret and wishing and worry will only bring torment to your spirit. Take one last review of these issues and settle them once and for all. If there is truly something you can do to rectify the situation, then do it. Otherwise, release those who have hurt and disappointed you, forgive them, bless them, and move on. Deal honestly and rationally with the things that are still causing anguish of soul, and let go. For whatever you harbor in your heart will create a stumbling block to further growth and spiritual development. Now is the time to deal with all that hinders your progress. Matthew 7:3-5 “And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
